Birthday Balloon Cake Topper / Age Birthday Decoration

Personalized felt balloon topper for your little ones party!

The balloon is made from hand cut wool felt and the text and leaf design is cut from vinyl and heat transferred onto one side of the balloon. Complimentary coloured thread is added to the base of the balloon and it is lightly padded with polyester filling. Please keep away from candles.

The balloon is attached to a food safe wooden skewer, ready to place on top of your cake.
