SHIPPING

Thank you for choosing to shop with us!

All items are made to order when you make your purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for production.

All items are shipped via Canada Post, USPS, UPS or Ascendia.

Estimated ship times are within Canada and USA 3-14 business days and for            International shipments 2-6 weeks. We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. If you need to receive your item by a specific date please contact us before you place your order.

 Buyers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.

Buyers are responsible for any customs, sales or import taxes that may apply.

Sending this as a gift! We are happy to include special gift wrapping and a note – just ask!

 

RETURNS

We love our customers and want you to be 100% happy with your experience. However due to the personalized nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom pieces or personalized products, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

We do accept returns on some non-personalized items.

 Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order to let us know you wish to return the item.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the original packaging.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You must package the items safely and ship back to us at your expense. Once your return is received and inspected to ensure it is in original condition we will send you an email to let you know.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
